AYSO Irvine Region 213 - Serving Irvine for 40 years

English Premier Soccer Club

Updated 3/4/2018

Our region is teamed up with English Premier Soccer Camps to guide our coaches and players.
They will be involved with several of our programs.

  • Coach Clinic, April 8, at David Sills Lower Peter's Canyon.
    • 11 am - 12 pm, Coaches actively participate and receive discussions and explanations, followed by a Q & A session.
    • 12 pm - 1 pm, Coaches observe Academy training and receive discussions and explanations.
    • This is a great way for coaches to interact with and get some great insight from our EPSC trainers
    • For questions or to register in advance, email Coach Chris at [email protected].
  • Coach Guidance - Coaches are encouraged to sign up a few times per season. The trainer will run a practice session for the coach while the coach observes the trainer's methods and style of coaching. The coach can even request certain skills or strategies for the practice.
  • Jamboree - trainers act as the master coach, selecting and demonstrating activities not only for the young children, but also for the parent coaches so that they gain confidence and experience.
  • NIYA - helping with our Academy, both Field Player and Goal Keeper, for additional skills and drills for player development.
  • Extra Training - to help with the our Extra program, trainers generally assist once per week.
