We are excited to have you join us for soccer in Region 213. The sign-up process is easy!
Register online.
- Log in and go to My Account, or create an account if you don't have one.
- Enter your player's information.
- Choose a program or programs for them to participate in. Our most common is Recreational (Rec) Soccer, but we have other programs as well. They are each described briefly on the page where you choose the programs, but you can also visit our Programs page.
- Volunteer. Consider what you can do to volunteer. Be part of our team of Coaches and Referees. Or help as a Team Parent. Update our website or social media. Or help out our booth when we sponsor events like a school jog-a-thon or other event. The registration step gives brief descriptions of volunteer roles needed. You can also visit our Volunteers Page to learn what options are best for you.
- Pay online. The system will combine the program fee(s), as well as any late fees, donations, early bird or family discounts, and membership fee. You can pay online. Once paid, an email confirmation is automatically sent.
- PRINT your Player Registration Form. This is a 3-page document, including player registration form and concussion information sheet.
Have Questions or Need Assistance?
- We offer in-person registration events every season!
- You may bring your Player Registration Form already completed online and printed at home, or you may use one of our computers to sign-up. Our board members will be there to assist you.
- Provide proof of player's age, such as birth certificate or passport. You can upload this online, or you can bring it to the registration event for verification. (Note: We do not keep any of these documents--they will go home with you.)
- This is a great time to ask our board members questions about the program and about volunteering.
- You can also meet other parents and players!
Q) How do I know if the player's birthdate has been verified yet?
A) When logged in to the www.ayso213.org website, from your home screen, you should see the player's name. Next to the name is a little icon of a pencil and paper. This is to edit your player info. If it is grayed out and locked, that means the birthdate is already verified by us.
However, If it allows you to change the birthdate, it has not been verified and will display a Birth Certificate Upload option.
Q) Why should I attend an in-person registration instead of doing everything online?
A) Attending a registration event not only lets us ensure you have the info submitted correctly, but also lets you meet other people, ask questions, volunteer, and understand the program better.
Q) What happens if we are not able to come to an in-person registration?
A) As long as you get your child's proof of age uploaded, and as long as we have enough volunteers (coaches) for all the teams, any properly registered player should still get placed on a team.
